MARIO DUMONT ARRIVE EN VILLE -  Par Bernard Bujold - Je ne suis pas un amateur de la radio, mais j’ai fait exception pour l’arrivée en ondes de Mario Dumont sur QUB. (mes excuses à Taylor Swift….)  J’accorde une excellente note au nouvel animateur et je prédis qu’il va doiminer l’espace. Contrairement à Paul Arcand ou Patrick Lagacé qui sont agressifs en ondes, Dumont est convivial. On est comme inspiré à l’aimer…  Il est aussi évident qu’avec toute la machine Quebecor derrière le projet, les autres radios seront fortement moins présentes.  En ce qui me concerne, une fois n’est pas coutume et je reviens dès demain à mes habitudes du gymnase avec Taylor Swift... GOD AND PLANET EARTH -  By Bernard Bujold-  Elon Musk has an interesting vision of God and says he used science fiction literature to discover it. According to him, to fully understand God, you must look for him in terms of the universe.  In my opinion, God doesn't belong to any particular religion or church, which are above all,  political organizations whose aim is power over its members. God does not belong to any ideology, and He is not a proponent of either good or evil. To believe otherwise is religious indoctrination...  Of course, everywhere on planet Earth, as in the political affiliation of countries, many people find meaning and spiritual connection through organized religious traditions. THE CHICAGO MEETING - By  Bernard Bujold - The 2024 US Democratic National Convention is scheduled for August 19-22 in Chicago.  Kamala Harris will give her speech on Thursday, August 22, while President Joe Biden is scheduled to speak on Monday, August 19. Barack Obama, Bill, and Hillary Clinton will also address the convention.  Some commentators are concerned about anti-Semitic incidents at the convention, as Kamala Harris appears to be pro-Palestine, while Joe Biden is pro-Israel. LES TROIS ESPRITS -  Par Bernard Bujold - On me demande souvent ce que signifient les trois mascottes que j'affiche régulièrement sur les médias sociaux. En fait, chacun des chiens représente le symbole de trois aspects de ma vie.  Ulysse est le symbole de mes passions (politique, technologie, sport, arts, et vie en société); Gus représente l'amour (mes deux enfants, mes petits enfants et mes ami(e)s); et Argos représente ma personnalité profonde (solitaire, discret, compétitif, curieux, et un peu rebelle…).  Ces mascottes sont des symboles et un reflet virtuel de la réalité de ma vie. Évidemment, un symbole est un peu mystérieux, et c'est ce qui en fait la beauté...  Bon weekend!  www.lestudio1.com

FÊTE NATIONALE DES ACADIENS - 2024 -  Par Bernard Bujold - Le 15 août est jour de la fête nationale pour les Acadiens. L'histoire de ce peuple en 1755 fait penser à l'histoire des Ukrainiens en 2024.
