Activists in the #MeToo Movement have just received a severe attack on their ideology as the main character, Harvey Weinstein, has had one of his two capability verdicts overturned.
The judge in the 2020 trial allegedly made unacceptable errors in allowing the prosecutors to hear testimony from women who should not have been admitted.
The 2020 verdict was overturned, but not the second trial in 2022.
Is this the beginning of the end for #MeToo?
